Affiliated's Beginnings

Affiliated was started by a group of agents, highly experienced in real estate, who wanted to do things a little differently than the franchise offices that they had worked for. Within a short time, the company has grown tremendously in numbers and has become the largest independent real estate brokerage in Utah County.

Affiliated is currently the top office in Utah County for residential listings and properties with sales pending. We have over 80 licensed agents and assistants. Our office is convienently located in central Orem in the Troon Park building at 574 S. State Street.
